Arabian Travel Market 2006.. on
course for record attendance
Arabian Travel Market 2007 : May 1- 4th 2007
Arabian Travel Market 2006 - the 13th in the Middle East's premier
annual travel and tourism show - is on course to set a new visitor
turnout record for the event with 11% more trade professionals
attending in the first two days than in last year's previous high.
Some 6,899 trade visitors attended the show at the Dubai World Trade
Centre in the first two days with nearly 836 media covering the
exhibition - 25% more than last year and as the show entered
its third day, Reed Travel Exhibitions (RTE), which organizes the
event, disclosed that some 61 exhibitors have already rebooked for
next year's event, which will run from May 1- 4, 2007.
The huge European and CIS presence is increasing business avenues in
ATM. The local market horse-back riding tours in conjunction with a
firm from Texas is attending Arabian Travel Market every year.
Australian participants is also having very high calibre of
attendee. They are promoting Australia as a quality destination to
high level management.
The business emanating from the show is the greatest testimonial to
the power of the Arabian Travel Market brand and to its reputation
as delivering genuine return on investment.
Abu Dhabi national exhibition centre :
Participant in ATM: Quality exhibitions will play an important role
in creating international awareness of Abu Dhabi.
The new Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions
Company, ADNEC, has already begun construction of a world-class
exhibition complex in Abu Dhabi to benefit the UAE and Middle East
markets.

Counselling Arabia 2006
is the fourth conference of
this kind to be held in the
UAE.
The conference will be
hosted by The Center for
Applied Studies in Education
at the Sharjah Higher
Colleges of Technology under
the theme Moving
Forward-Creating Tomorrow.
This theme includes
innovations, challenges,
changes and transitions that
are influencing counselling
issues and practices. Due to
the success of the previous
conferences, this year the
conference will be held over
a two-day period from May
2nd-3rd. In addition to the
two-day conference there
will be a pre-conference
training day immediately
preceding the conference on
May 1st and a
post-conference training day
on Thursday May 4th. |

7th Annual Research
Conference..
The 7th Annual Research
Conference was held at UAE University from 22 – 24, April 2006
Focusing to build and maintain a strong ethical platform for all
aspects of the Centre's research and internal operations, and serve
as a role model within the University and the broader society to
enhance safety.
Furthermore, Prof Mourad has briefed about the different activities
of the Mech. Eng. Dept, like teaching, research, university
development and community services. The research affairs of the UAEU
support different types of funded research programs, which are
individual and interdisciplinary. There are also externally funded
research programs. These activities will be presented in the 7th
Annual Research Conference from 22 - 24, April 2006. <read
