- complete or partial completion of a foreign degree program locally
through a local partner. Then qualified students proceed to final
segments of the program at foreign degree granting institutions.

What is a Twinning Program? Why A Twinning Program?
One institution has to establish a collaboration with any foreign
universities at the degree level in Medicine, Management, Engineering
etc. The collaborative program is called a " Twinning Program" in which
the students pursue the first two years study of a degree program at
host college, university/local partner such as India, Pakistan, Malaysia
and the last two years in abroad such as Canada, USA, Australia and U.K.
The degree is awarded by the foreign university.

Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering , Industrial
Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering etc.
The students, after successfully completing their two year basic
preparatory course in the host University/local partner, will be
eligible for admission at the third year level (junior year) at the
foreign university.
